Staying at Imperial Stay B&B was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. The host/s went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect—truly chef’s kiss service. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Communication was clear and timely, which made the entire process effortless. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. When I return to New York, there’s no question—I’ll be booking with them again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality!

The location is hard to find; it's a self-catering apartment. The room smells even stronger than the kitchen. I really wouldn't recommend staying there. There's no room service. They changed the door code without even notifying me. I had to make phone calls and emails in sub-zero temperatures. It's infuriating!

This is the ONLY place I book when I'm in Brooklyn.. It's clean, safe n close to everything.. The check in is very simple,. There are TWO bathrooms and I never run into anyone in the house. . It's a quiet, peaceful getaway n the host is absolutely amazing!

Literally a scam. The photos online are not photos of the actual rooms, and they do not disclose on their website that it is a SHARED BATHROOM. The bathroom was not clean at all, with dirty wet towels all over, a dirty shower, and no hand soap. The room was actually much smaller than what was posted online, barely enough room to even open my suitcase. Also overpriced even if you knew what you were actually getting.

Would definitely recommend staying here. Clean, quiet, and comfortable with a nice breakfast option. Fran is very friendly and staying here feels very much like staying at someone's home. The subway is reasonably close making it easy to get around.

Excellent place! Clean, comfortable, great location! I definitely recommend them if you want a nice place to stay central to anything you might want to do. Subway close by. The place was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was fine but I mostly drank coffee from the generic Mr. Coffee maker. I am not much of a breakfast eater, and will drink any liquid that is hot and loosely resembles coffee, but there were plenty of decent options for the more discerning and those who want more of a meal early in the morning. Oh, by the way, the water in the shower can get very hot. As in scalding hot. So. Yeah.

It was a great experience booking the Imperial stay. It was very clean, it felt like home but better. The bed was soft and cozy. I had my own mini fridge with table and chairs everything was well coordinate. From now on this is my go to spot. I had no complaint.

No one reply’s to me when I try to use my one night credit. Now they refuse to even give me credit at all. I understand there is no refund but I contacted the property prior to the stay and they said they will give me one night credit because they took my money!!!!
