Starlight Hotel

Good, I liked it.

Well-located hotel close to public transport. Clean, well-equipped room, and comfortable bed. On the other hand, the breakfast is supposedly continental!!!! Nothing, a room with a 1.5-meter-wide piece of furniture representing the famous buffet (photo): a single-serve coffee machine and a toaster. As for food: bread but no accompaniments (no butter, jam, or cheese.....nothing, nothing, nothing at all.) You have the choice between dry bread or toasted dry bread. And also two kinds of cereal that have already spent so much time in the box that they have no taste. Shameful. As for cleaning, I stayed 5 nights and the cleaning staff never came by, no change of towels, no cleaning, or anything else, never seen that for the price charged.

Very bad stay experience. I stayed there temporarily because my flight was cancelled. The elevator was broken. Breakfast was on the top floor, but I was told I had to climb 10 floors to get there. The hallway was extremely noisy, and the front desk was very rude.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is next to Flushing, the largest Chinatown in New York. The environment is very good, I will come again next time!

Staff not very friendly, poor English. Breakfast, included, was according to them continental. Dry toast and corn flakes. 1 broken water glass cost us 10 dollars of the deposit. Not to be repeated unfortunately

I was on a business trip in the United States for 20 days, and this was the worst hotel I stayed in. First of all, the room was shabby because you can see it when you book the hotel. Secondly, the cleanliness is as shown in the picture below, you can see dust everywhere; in addition, the quilt and floor mat with holes, and the nylon sheets and hair stuck in the sheets were provided; there was no cleaning on the second day of the two-day stay; what's more exaggerated is that the partition wall is like a gypsum board, and talking to the next door is like being in the same room. If you meet the next room talking all night, it will make you collapse. The included breakfast is a coffee machine and almost invisible bread on a table without a stool at the elevator door. I don't know why Ctrip recommends such a rubbish hotel. The hotel name in Chinese is: Starlight Hotel. There is no comparison and no harm to others. There are not many hotels with the same price that have better facilities and hygiene than this hotel. I am disappointed.
