Great location with great service. My friend’s luggage had got delayed and he informed the hotel in advance and every member of staff we approached was aware of the situation. Check out and luggage storage was a breeze. It felt a personal service and all staff seemed to know multiple roles. The only downside was there was long strands of hair left in the shower so some areas were not cleaned as well as others but overall a very good stay.

Ideal location! The hotel is quiet yet centrally located! Very clean and the rooms are nice!

The room is relatively clean. It is a two-minute walk from Times Square, a 15-minute walk to Central Park, and a 15-minute walk to Fifth Avenue. The location is excellent.

The front desk staff were very friendly and the room with a balcony was very comfortable. The location was also great, making it easy to get around for sightseeing.

The hotel is in a great location, 3 minutes walk to Times Square, convenient to everywhere. If the weather is good, you can Citywalk to the main attractions. The downside is that the hot water supply time is too short, but you can ask for a kettle. In addition, there is no breakfast, which is inconvenient

It was too cold due to the heating problem, and the shower fixing part was broken, so it was a little inconvenient to wash, but overall it was okay. The hotel watch was really good.

Very good location, convenient transportation

I took a shower around 11 o'clock in the evening and found that it was not possible to enter the water. I called the front desk and said that I would send someone to repair it. The potion used to drain the water was so bad that I had a sore throat the next day. The tax rate for occupancy is also different from yours. Almost doubled, bad review

Right near Times Square. The room was clean (although there were socks from the previous person). When I told them that there were no plugs for the bath and sink, they brought them right away. I didn't know there was free drink service on the first floor, so I went outside to buy coffee every day. I wish I had been informed at check-in. Everyone, please get a drink at the free corner on the first floor!
