The hotel itself was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. My room had a stylish, cozy vibe, with a great view of the Seaport district. The staff were attentive and welcoming, ensuring my stay was comfortable. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay in NYC. Highly recommend!

Good location, 10 minutes walk from the New York Stock Exchange, next to the hotel is the Tin Building, nice scenery, and the Brooklyn Bridge is within easy reach. You can often meet all kinds of busy office workers and tourists from all over the world. The hotel is an old building with a large area. The black guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The downside is that the room is a little expensive.

The hotel is too old, the windows are not soundproof, and there is a pungent smell from the garbage collection station outside the window 🥹

Room was very clean and bigger than most hotels in the City. Staff was incredible and incredibly friendly. We would definitely come back again

In the morning we found black debris all over our pillows and side table. The AC/Heat vent in the room must have not been cleaned and when the air came out it went all over. It was really disgusting and we are worried it went into our mouth, nose and face through the night. We also got a ticket being parked temp. in front of the hotel when we were checking out. $110 ticket . Aside from these unfortunate events, the hotel service and staff were wonderful. Everyone from JR who is the evening manager to the bar staff and housekeeper were so kind, warm and inviting.
