Beautiful new hotel. Great amenities (nice fitness center, wine in the evenings, coffee and newspapers in the morning). Nice staff!

Loved this property. Had an iconic view of NYC library and located close to Bryant park. Staff was amazing and loved the floor to ceiling windows in our suite which was the size of an apartment!!

There were one or two staff that were helpful. Upon checking in, one member of staff was extremely rude, obnoxious, unhelpful and condescending. When asking for extra towels, it took over an hour to arrive. Don't recommend for the price.

The hotel is currently undergoing “renovation” and is next to a building site - so the usual “luxury” feel is lacking. The room was noisy. Otherwise, a nice place to stay. Late check-out option was accommodated at half the room rate which is expensive but we had to take it up given a late departing flight.

I like the cleanliness. The staff was nice service oriented but appeared understaffed. The bar is great but seems dead, not much activity. No service room after hours.

This is one of my favorite hotels in NY. The rooms can be dark, but they are very minimalist and clean. Bathrooms are incredibly spacious by NYC standards. The only downside is that they now charge an exorbitant fee for even a modest late checkout, which may make it more cost effective to stay where I have status while in the city.

What a fantastic hotel at the best location in the heart of NY.
We loved the hotel and friendly staff.
