The air conditioner is an early type, and it is very noisy right next to the bed. The roar when it starts up makes it hard to sleep well all night. Other things are fine, cost-effective, but the noise is loud when the window facing the street is open

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this 5-star hotel. On the third night, I found a very cockroach in my room, which is absolutely unacceptable for a property of this standard. I reported the issue to the front desk, but since the hotel was fully booked, the room change was only arranged the next day. While I understand the situation, I still expected a faster and more professional response from a 5-star property. Even though I was eventually moved to another room, the incident completely ruined the mood of my trip. I felt uncomfortable and uneasy during the rest of my stay. I truly hope the hotel improves its service so that future guests won't have the same experience.

Affordable Luxury Hotel in the Heart of New York I had a wonderful stay. The location was better than most hotels in New York at this price range — the room was spacious, clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
