The hotel's location is fantastic, right on Times Square. The room facilities are also very complete, and the staff are super nice! It's easy to catch a taxi nearby, and the subway station is about a 5-minute walk. The overall location is simply unbeatable. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

The room didn't come with slippers, a toothbrush, or bottled water. The showerhead looked like it was from their own company's old stock, haha. Our window faced the Times Square big screen, and even on the 36th floor, you could still hear the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The cleanliness was good, and the atrium had a fantastic design!

The environment is great, and the service is good. The security is also pretty good. It's right by Times Square, which is super convenient, and it's not noisy at night. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and getting around from here was very easy.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and the only one I've given a bad review to. Avoid it at all costs. 1. On the first night, due to a flight delay, we arrived at 1:30 AM. After checking in, we found the sofa bed wasn't made. We called housekeeping and waited for almost half an hour (after calling again to follow up) before a slow-moving, sleepy older woman finally arrived. The bed was made very shoddily. It's unbelievable, especially since we had already informed the hotel in advance via a message that our flight would arrive late, likely between 1-2 AM, and yet the sofa bed still needed to be made after we checked in. What's the point of their message system if they don't prepare? 2. The hygiene was a complete disaster. The fixtures, towels, and sheets were all unclean, and we even found live cockroaches in the room. 3. The mini-bar's tea bags, cups, and bottled water were never restocked. I finally reached my breaking point and reported these issues to Trip.com. The hotel's response was to tell us to speak to the hotel manager. So, we went downstairs to the front desk where we had checked in and spoke to a lady, explaining the cockroach situation. Her reply was that she couldn't tell us where the cockroaches came from! This kind of buck-passing response in a foreign country was a first for me! As for the other issues, we were told to wait in our room for the housekeeping manager. However, all we got was a phone call from the manager, offering some verbal apologies and saying she would make a note of it. Yet, for the next three days, the supplies were still not restocked, and the towels remained grayish and stained. Photos five and six show the housekeeping cart, clearly stocked with tea bags, bottled water, and cups... so why weren't they provided to us? We tipped every day for eight days, and even complaining didn't help. Is it a problem with the staff's attitude or just chaotic management?

I was upgraded to a Times Square view room at check-in! As expected, it's the city that never sleeps. It was bright all night long.

This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They never cleaned our room, despite us requesting it every afternoon. And when they did 'clean', all they did was empty the trash – they didn't even make the bed! They never answered the phone, and we couldn't get anything we asked for. We requested four bottles of water and only got two. They acted completely oblivious, and wouldn't even accept food deliveries for us. Enough! Seriously, they never answer the phone! On top of that, they forced three sick women to switch rooms. It was a complete breakdown.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Times Square. It's super lively downstairs with tons of great food options nearby. The only downsides are the traffic congestion, which is to be expected, and the rooms are a bit on the small side. Other than that, everything was great, and the convenience factor truly can't be beaten.

Right next to Times Square, you're in the thick of New York's hustle and bustle, experiencing all the vibrancy and noise up close. The hotel is massive, with hundreds of rooms, and boasts excellent facilities and a strong design aesthetic. Breakfast is lavish. There's a 360-degree rotating bar on the upper floor with great views. The rooms have been recently renovated and are well-designed. At certain times, you can hear the noise from Times Square through the window. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
