其差無比，給了我們一個二樓的無障礙房間，窗外就是腳手架，噪音很大，更可氣的是服務態度極其差，尤其是前台叫Claudia 的接待員，粗魯無理，態度強硬，毫無服務可言。更意外的是，晚上不到10點突然毫無預告的沒有熱水了，然後一直停到第二天早上9點左右才修好！期間毫無備用設備，導致全酒店都無法洗澡！再也不會相信萬豪了

We spent two weeks at this location. Overall good experience although 4th floor was extremly loud (nighly garbage collection)from room facing street..avoid these rooms--seems you automatically get these when reserving through ******* :-(. Excellent response from managment with a faulty AC. Problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes at midnight. Daily cleaning service was impecable. Highlight was daily full breakfast and friendly and courteous service from staff. Shout out to Carlos and Carmen during early morning breakfast hours, was a special treat to see them working dilligently every morning always making you feel at home.
