Hilton New York Times Square

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's incredibly convenient for getting to Times Square. The front desk staff were also quite good, and check-in was quick. The only downside was that we got a room near the elevator, and the soundproofing was a bit poor. We were woken up several times in the middle of the night.

Great for families, with a very convenient location right by Times Square – perfect for first-time visitors to New York. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby, and public transport is easily accessible.

This hotel is conveniently located near Times Square and 5th Avenue, just a 5-minute walk from the subway. There's a Target supermarket right across the street, making it super easy to get around. The lobby is on the 21st floor, and check-in is available after 4 PM. We were able to store our luggage for free on the day we arrived. Our room on the 32nd floor was a corner room with windows on two sides, offering great views. It was clean, spacious, and bright, and there was even a Chinese-speaking receptionist, which was a thoughtful touch. The ground floor entrance is a bit small and has a pillar in the middle, but once you're inside, it's quite spacious. My only complaint is that housekeeping only made the bed and emptied the trash; they didn't clean the hair on the floor or restock the tissues and toilet paper. I hope they can improve on that.

Great location! It's easy to catch a taxi right outside, and there's a subway station just a short walk away. Breakfast was decent, and the coffee was particularly good. The night view from here is also stunning, perfect for a quiet moment of reflection. The sofa is comfortable, and the mattress is soft.

The room on the 38th floor was very clean and had good soundproofing. The night view was beautiful, and getting around was super convenient since the subway station is right outside the door.
