The hotel location is very convenient! Super close to everything! Next to Madame Tussauds, very close to TimesSquare, Empire State Building and others…..

I traveled to nyc in 8 years and location was okay but the main entrance was closed which was located in apple and google map, we had to carry heavy luggage.. but still people were friendly and nice.

Limited seating in Lobby, there are long lines to check in at no space available for families. Fee being charged to hold bags after checkout...no consideration for guests who have late flights, this should be a free service.

Good location. Room is spacious. Called housekeeping multiple times to ask for toothbrushes but no one picked up, so I went down to the reception to ask nicely. Ended up the receptionist just rolled her eyes while passing me the toothbrushes. Secondly, At 9am, I saw housekeeping doing their rounds, a couple of rooms further from my room so I placed the privacy door hanger outside my door knob so as to inform housekeeping I don’t need their service, end up they just open my door and came in. It’s so annoying! What’s the point of me putting the privacy hanger at the door knob then? Ugh!

Good location in Time squares. There is no breakfast. The room is OK. Only stay for location

Very convenient location, 3 minutes of walk to NY port authority bus station. Nice and big room Gym is more than good

The hotel service was terrible we booked 2 beds one way and gave us a queen bed. When it came time to add the other bed we waited in the room for 4 hours which made me very unhappy.

Excellent location in Times Square.  Will stay there again

great location and large room didn’t appreciate having to pay for luggage storage upon check-out, never seen it elsewhere

The front door is closed when we check in，It's inconvenient for us to take our luggage to goto back door, no help no announcement.

The hotel is in a very good location. It's interesting That's value tab. It shows how many additional points that you can earn through your review. And if you continue to write, how much additional points that you can earn.

The hotel seems to be under renovation and I hope the rooms will be included in the plan. The downside is the toilet. Not sure why it’s very low seated. It’s not comfortable. Also, there were bugs in the room that made me feel disturbed to stay but if it wasn’t a non refundable booking, I would have left.

Very poor overall service and $35 room charge per day to be spent in the hotel shop was very poor value for money. Concierge was unhelpful verging on rude. Noise from refurbishment before 0900 was very disruptive.
