The room was comfortable, and the service was decent. It's a quiet area, and transportation is quite convenient with a bus stop right outside and the subway within two blocks. For Manhattan's Upper East Side, this hotel offers great value for money.

Great location. The only downside was that there was only one elevator available, but that was for good reasons; they were renovating part of the hotel.
