Room was clean but the free shuttle bus make me disappointed, before we check in the staff was mentioned every 3 to 5 minutes only you have to wait but unfortunately we have to wait 25 to 30minutes and the more worse the driver just around the hotel and let us wait.

Clean room and great location but the instruction for the shuttle bus was a bit unclear especially for foreigners like myself and the driver was very rude and unhelpful. i missed my flight because of it. Plus i wish they had more amenities given the price. Overall pleasant experience tho

The room is new and well-decorated, and the location is excellent.

I was only in NY for one night. Hotel was clean and welcoming. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes/ 24hrs which was very convenient! Even though this hotel is right across the street from the airport, it is NOT a walkable distance. There are highways and fencing blocking pedestrians from walking to the hotel. I would stay there again.

We have only 20hrs layover in NYC, hotel staff gave good advice so we can enjoy the maximum of NYC with our 6 y/o boy during our 20hrs. Clean hotel and good shuttle service.

I used it for an early morning flight, and it's very close to the airport. There's a convenient 24-hour shuttle bus. The room facilities were a bit old, but thankfully it was clean enough. The front desk staff were very nice; when I mentioned wanting a higher floor, they immediately gave me the highest room with a great view. I slept quite well.

Very average hotel, mainly too run-down, and smelly. The only advantage is that it is close to LaGuardia Airport. It took a long time to wait for the shutter.

The room is not big, the facilities are average, the hygiene is good, the pick-up driver service is good👌, the road is too noisy, especially at night, there are a lot of racing cars on the road
