The room is too small and the facilities are chained horizontally for seven days. It's hygienic and clean. The reception on the 7th floor feels magical. It's a big place. From Friday to Sunday night, there was no talking at all on the 7th floor; the bar was very loud.

The location is very good, Times Square is downstairs, and the hotel room condition is average.

Minuses: - On the day of arrival, the girl at the reception mixed up the credit card number, with which I fully paid for the stay in advance. She wanted me to pay $4,000 again. - Also, I did not understand at all why there is such a huge difference when making a deposit on the day of arrival. Accommodation with all taxes and fees was paid by me in advance, but on the day of arrival we were asked to pay another deposit. If you make a deposit by credit card, then the deposit on the day of arrival is $100. But if you deposit in cash, then the deposit is $1800. Why such a huge difference? 18 times? - We made a cash deposit of $100 on the day of arrival, but then, without my knowledge, the hotel pre-authorized my card for another $100 and then for another $175. In general, without notifying me in any way and without asking my consent. Is this normal at all? Because of them, I could not ride a helicopter, because that company did not accept cash payments, and the hotel withdrew almost $ 300 from the card without asking. They returned this money only 2 days after we left the hotel. - The hotel has single-layer double-glazed windows, and the latch on the windows does not close completely. That is, the window is not blocked and all the sounds of the street are heard in the room. It looks like the window isn't closed at all. The room is very noisy: the rumble of the wind, the sounds of sirens, construction work in the morning, the noise in Times Square - you can hear everything. - The room is cold. I don't know if the room is heated at all. The battery was only in the closet and it was not always hot. - The maid took the bathrobe from my room on the 5th day of my stay and never returned it. Although we stayed at the hotel for 9 days. What should I wear in my room? - Despite the cold in the room, there were no slippers. It was very cold to walk barefoot on the cold floor, so I had to lay the floor in the bathroom and hallway with towels. - Not at all understandable system with wi-fi. If it's free in the room too, and not just in public places, then why do I have to log in every day for wi-fi to work. Why make some divisions for members of the club, not members of the club, how do I know if I'm a member or not? The mobile Internet in the room worked very poorly, as if the hotel deliberately turns off the phone signal so that they buy wi-fi. In general, this is the first time I see this, so that the hotel takes money from someone else for wi-fi. Yes, at the end of our stay, we found out that the Internet was free for us, but no one warned me about this in advance on the day of arrival, and for all 9 days every day I had to confirm the wi-fi authorization and thought that I would have to pay 15 for each day $. - Unreasonably expensive price for the days before the New Year. Accommodation on New Year's Eve cost $999. While on January 2.3 they already cost $230. This is not such a cool hotel to pay $1000 per night for it. The maximum it should cost is $200 for two. Everything was not at the highest level. The view from the window was only a quarter of a good one, the main part of the view was occupied by the wall of the neighboring building. - the reception is only on the 7th floor. When we first entered the building, we could not understand whether we entered from the right entrance or whether we needed to go around the building. There were no identification marks or people on the ground floor. Pros: There was an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the room. Didn't have to ask for anything extra. - Very close to Times Square, right next to Duffy Square. However, this did not give us a guarantee to freely get to Times Square on New Year's Eve! By some miracle, we managed to agree with the workers and the police to let us into the square. To be 2 steps from Times Square and not get on it - that would be just blasphemy! - pleasant to the touch bed linen and a high floor. We were given a room on the 57th floor. - good filling of the mini-bar. We didn't use drinks though. But the choice was good. - I liked the battery in the closet. You could dry your clothes on it.

The environment is good, the street is right outside the door, very lively
