We were happy about everything during our stay at the hotel. Room was very clean, the staff including counter staff and cleaners were excellent, the location is perfect for travellers who are visiting the NYC, the view from the room was spectacular, and the breakfast was awesome! Highly recommend it!

Good location, very convenient, good breakfast. The gym is good, laundry is easy to use. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Except the bathroom door is broken.

Amazing views with an excellent location, just between Times Square and Central Park.
We have some issues upon check-in but the associates were able to help as much as possible.
Will definitely consider it next time.
