Come on guys you can atleast put coffee in rooms

Excellent hotel. Great location, 5 minutes walk from Grand Central and the Subway (green line). Rooms are large for NYC hotels (we have stayed at four other hotels in NYC and these are the biggest rooms we have stayed in). Really clean and comfortable bed. Requested a quiet room and got a high floor so was very quiet. Bar was very good, open until 11pm each evening serving nice drinks. Lovely friendly staff! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is great. The front desk allowed us for a early check-in which was nice of them but it depends on availability. However, the room is tiny. There was no view from the room either.

Nice hotel, strategic location, good service

The hotel is in a convenient location in midtown and walking distance to many places like Grand Central Station. The hotel bar has happy hour and with good atmosphere. I will stay in this hotel again in the future for sure.

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and convenient for eating around. The hotel service is also good. Just the day after we moved in, the room cleaning lady threw away the two clothes hangers in the closet as garbage, which was a bit speechless. But it's just a small matter. In addition, there is free water in the lobby, which makes a few days trip to New York very convenient. In the morning, coffee and tea are also available. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Overall, it was enjoyable.

It's rare to find such a big room in New York. There are also $25 beverage coupons and $50 laundry coupons every day. The location is good and it's within walking distance of Times Square.

If the price is right, this hotel is really good, very standard, no disappointments

This hotel is owned by Marriott and it's pretty good. It's located on 48th Street, just a few blocks away from the subway station. It's very convenient. The room is also very clean. I'll book it here if I have the chance.
