Highly recommended

*Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for transportation and dining options. I appreciated the pleasant amenities, such as the comfy one-time-use slippers. *Cons:The edge of the bathroom is not properly sealed, causing it to leak every time after shower. There are loud noises from the city (traffic, police, or ambulances) that can be heard until 1 or 2 a.m. each night. Additionally, there are only two elevators, which can be slow to wait for.

The room is not big, but the bathroom is quite big. It is very close to the exhibition hall, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk. The hotel can arrange airport transfer, but it is charged. There is free hot cocoa and popcorn in the lobby.

There are only two elevators, and you have to wait a long time during peak hours. The surrounding area is very convenient, but be careful in the downtown area. The hotel facilities are good, and there is free mineral water in the room.

The elevator was always broken, only one elevator was working, the others were ok. There is a garden on the first floor where you can sit and chat.

The elevator is small and slow, it takes more than ten minutes to wait. Close to Times Square, police sirens blare all night and there are many homeless people.

The room was very clean and tidy. More convenient for passing through accommodation.

Very good and convenient transportation

I didn't have breakfast included in my order, and there are shops and small shops near 8th/9th Ave that are very convenient to buy. One day, I specially tried the hotel's breakfast. Although it is not like the buffet breakfast in other hotels, there is only one serving with a glass of juice and hot drinks, but the taste is quite good. A single order costs about $15-20.

The facilities are very old, the door was locked on the second day of check-in. The tableware for breakfast was dirty with lipstick marks on it. There is no drinking water in the room. But it is relatively close to the convention and exhibition center, and the transportation is very convenient.
