Really great location. Right near train. Room is small but it does it’s job! The bathroom was really nice. I was in love with the wall!!

The service was okay. But at the checkout they surprised me with a 130USD of hidden fees.
The comforter didn't have a cover and when I ask for one they told me that it wasn't possible.
We only had 2 pillows that felt really cheap and we were suppose to have a queen mattress but we only got a double.
There's a lot of noise in the room and a lot of light even with the curtain fully closed.
The doormen looked very bored and they never opened the door or even said hi to us.
The location is very good, and the room was clean.

The location of the hotel is convenient, and the room is not too small. Looking at the center of New York City, the room is a bit old, and the facilities are average. Overall, the front desk staff is friendly, and the overall feeling is good

This was a quick overnight stay. The hotel was in a great location for our performance at Carnegie Hall & Broadway the following day. Our room was comfortable, however, the location was not the greatest. There seemed to be an HVAC unit outside our window, which was a bit loud. If we had a longer stay I would e requested a room change. After the show we went to the bar, The Rickey, in the lobby. This was an old speakeasy from the 20’s. Lovely atmosphere. There is also a rooftop bar, which we didn’t see. Overall, a decent hotel in the theater district away from the craziness of Times Square.

Second stay at this location , it has a short but walkable distance to Times Square and lots of shopping an dining in the area. Close to the subway a very clean a the staff has been the most friendly an helpful! Will always choose to stay here

The property is in a convenient location. Rooms little small. When we stayed TV didn't work the whole time. For what you get expensive.

Many staff were kind and helpful but one person at the front desk was repeatedly rude and gave incorrect information. Thankfully all other members of staff were kind and helpful and went out of their way to rectify the issues created by the front desk staff.
