The hotel was very well located but the rooms are somewhat small.

As an IHG member, I am glad I picked this intercon hotel to stay in for our NY vacation and my Carnegie Hall performance debut trip. This hotel is in central location and all staffs, from doormen, concierge, frontdesk and cleaners-- all were excellent! We'll use this hotel again if we come back to NY.

There was Leftover cake from last customer in the minibar. The calls will never be answered. Over crowded in the lobby and no stuff.

The moment you enter the hotel you feel like a king , the whole team is professional and kind . I enjoy every moment from my staying there and I would definitely recommend it to my friends . As well the price was not so expensive. The bar at the lobby is great and they have amazing cocktails .

The location is very good. The room is nice and clean. But we could here the people chatting from the next door. Except for that, the overall review is great!

good hotel good service wish they didnt charge for the package fee

The room is clean and comfortable, However, the hotel charges us the additional fee called “resort fee” by 45 US$ per day. Although, it can be as the credit up to 30 US$ for daily expense in hotel. It is kind of tricky.

This over 100-year-old hotel is well maintained. The rooms are clean and have no strange smells. The location is good and the restaurants nearby are pretty good. The only drawback is that the rooms are not soundproof. People talking in the corridor can be heard clearly. People who have trouble sleeping should communicate with the front desk in advance. A $30 credit is given every day to choose drinks in the mini bar. I will consider staying here again when I come to New York in the future.
