Environment and Location: It has fancy shops, various restaurants, attractions like The Edge, The Shed, The Vessel, and is festively decorated during holidays. It's conveniently located with easy subway access.

Hudson Yards in my opinion will be The New Times Square of NYC. It had the fancy shops, variety of restaurants in the building The Edge, art displays, big venue for shows called The Shed, the structure called The Vessel to admire, The Old Tree, and so much to see and it’s clean not as crowded as Times Square, and plenty of securitu.

As a tourist, over the winter period, it was a nice place to visit. Festively decorative for the holiday period. I cannot say I was overly impressed with this mall. It was crowded everywhere you went, there was nowhere to sit and have a coffee, as it seemed as most of the men (who were probably waiting for spouses) had taken all the seats. It was difficult to locate an ATM anywhere in the building, we did eventually find one. Personally, an hour in this place was more than enough.

We travelled to Hudson Yards from Time Square via the subway which was very easy to navigate. We were travelling to the Yards on our last morning before flying home to do The Edge so we didn't have a great deal a time but wow when we arrived what an impressive place it is, the Christmas decorations were amazing. Its quite good when you do The Edge attraction as it tells you all about how The Yard came about and the sustainability and echo friendliness of how it has been built. If you have more time I am sure its a great place to shop, next time we are in NY I would like to return to explore more. The staff at the centre were extremely helpful when we had a question to ask. I understand The Yard is being billed as the latest tourist attraction which I am sure it will very soon establish itself as a go to place for The Edge alone but you have the added attraction of eateries and shops, a win win.

This place is happening! Lots of upscale shops and restaurants here. The only things was, some of the restaurants were closed while we visited the Yards on Sunday afternoon. The shops are beautiful and the whole place seemed very hi end with the leading brands from around the world. One thing that was a temporary disappointment was the a fact that the “vase” cooler observation deck is currently closed for renovation.

I stopped in the Hudson Yards for about an hour prior to walking the High Line in March 2022. The Hudson Yards are a shopping mall with many upscale stores and some places to eat. They also have good restrooms in case you need that prior to walking on the High Line. The Vessel is worth looking at from afar and a good photo opportunity. I would not make a special trip to Hudson Yards but if you are on the way to the High Line it is worth a quick stop.

It’s a fancy mall. Nothing much to see here. The vessel is meh. It looks out of place. The stores can be found elsewhere in Manhattan without having to go all the way out of the way. Don’t waste your time! There is plenty more to see and do in NYC!!!

It's impressive, but you can't climb it. Subway nearby and can be the start of your trip to the High Line. The site is also home to the EDGE NYC observatory, the city's highest open-air elevated platform.

I hadn't visited NY for several years and this tour was recommended to me. It's like a new neighborhood. Seeing the Vessel in the center of the square is a very beautiful work of architecture and sculpture. We were able to enter for free but not go up. In the shopping center there is an Edge viewing point. We didn't go up but it seems recommended. Then we walked along the High Line, which is an elevated park built on an old train track, it takes about 1 hour to complete it. It is incredible because it offers nature, art and a different view of NY. From there we went to Chelsea Market, which is actually an old and remodeled building where you can find a shopping gallery selling food, bars, clothing, etc. It's great. Look at the details of the past such as the old pipes that are now waterfalls, the vintage clock that is the typical image of the market. Nearby are the offices of Google and YouTube. From there we walked to NYU. It is a recommended and different walk.
