Room is very clean. It is quiet as well. The people at the reception is super nice and thoughtful. They take care of customers. I was very happy about my stay and will definitely recommend to my friends.

convenient location

Great location. Right in the heart of midtown. The staff is super friendly, rooms were clean, good housekeeping. The hotel needs to add a few amenities to the room , but overall a great experience 👍

I have stayed in many hotels in Manhattan many times, and this is the best experience. The room is large in Manhattan and the lobby has 3 waiting areas which are very comfortable. The location is very good between 5th and 6th Avenue. It is highly recommended except for the price. 👍🏻

Good location, close to the subway, uptown, train station and Times Square, and very convenient to the airport, as it is on the route. There are many restaurants around, and 100 meters away is keens, a steakhouse in New York that has been around for more than 100 years. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, all of which taste good. The room is not small in New York, and the biggest surprise is that the shower in the bathroom is comfortable. The hotel is cost-effective in New York.

The hotel room exceeded expectations👍 ✅ The room is bigger than expected, nice-looking, relatively clean, nice bathroom, everything is complete, and the Empire State Building is just outside the window. Very bad experience. After check-out, they deducted US$250 out of nowhere, claiming that the bottom plate of the bedside table was broken, but in fact it was not. I asked if there was any fee when I checked out. I sat in the lobby for an hour after checking out, but no one reported the problem. I leave early and come back late. Apart from sleeping, I have no time to do anything in the room. Please contact Ctrip multiple times to no avail. This is a hotel that charges excessive fees. Check the review! Definitely not going there again!

The front desk is warm and friendly, and the bathroom is moderate in size. It's pretty good by Manhattan standards. Although the floor is not high, it's quiet at night and sleeps well. Although it's a historic hotel, it's kept very clean. It's nice to go out You can walk to Macy's Department Store and Times Square in 10 minutes. Highly recommended!
