Beautiful hotel, neat and lovely

Beautiful view of Manhattan sky line, Location is great and convenient for shopping dining in Flushing down town, but interior was a big disappointment ( carpet was not clean, room furniture has a punched hole! Staffs are super friendly!

They gave me accessible room I didn’t order, air conditioner didn’t work properly, the floor was full of water after shower. Terrible experience

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice, especially Chrischel and Madison. The room was spacious enough for me. I like how right the room was in the daytime. In the night, it was a bit dark, they could add some more lights. Most days the room was really cleaned well but there were two days I found the same dirty pillow in my room. After I complained about it one night someone came in, cleaned my room right away. The location is a few minutes walk to Main Street. Usually it would be convenient, but there was some construction or something going on so we always had to take a shuttle to the train. Their luggage storage service is really good.

Newly renovated hotel and in an awesome location. Near airport and flushing Chinatown right out the door. Room was clean but seems like the people was in a hurry and left the recycling/trash bins on the table, coffee maker all detached and the cushion of the chair lifted off. The reception was awesome and checking in was super fast. The only complaint I would have is the air conditioner was pretty loud. Overall a nice experience.
