First of all, the location is very good, located on Park Avenue and 28th Street, next to Fifth Avenue and only 1 minute away from the 28th Street subway station, which is very convenient for going to North or South Manhattan. We took the subway to Sumit, then walked along the way to Times Square and the shopping street, and finally passed the Empire State Building and walked back in less than half an hour! 2. A 5-minute walk away is a large supermarket WholeFood. It has a large buffet restaurant with a lot of oriental food, which is very convenient and delicious. There are nearly 10 kinds of soups to choose from. The buffet has a lot of cold dishes and cooked food. It feels like the problem of eating is completely solved. Although the price is not as cheap as imagined, in New York, I think it is worth the money 😊 3. Although the equipment in the room is a bit old, it is modern so it doesn't look old. In addition, the size of the room is considered large in New York, which is a big advantage. 4. We stayed here for four nights. Room number 1401 was at least very quiet. The air conditioner, which is the most criticized in the United States, was very noisy. It didn't happen here at all. I booked it on Ctrip, and the hotel also required additional taxes. Be aware of the hotel's overcharging. They charged me twice. I told Ctrip customer service that I was charged $115 for using the sofa bed. How can such a small room have a sofa bed? After negotiation, they said the hotel made a mistake and wanted a refund. It's been a week and I haven't seen the refund yet. I have to contact Ctrip again. It's troublesome.

A reasonably good hotel

The location is very good and the room is big enough. For New York, I don't dare to ask for too much. There is a Whole Food just a 3-minute walk away, and a CVS is across the street, so it's very convenient. The lady working at the front desk at night was very polite. This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in New York. The hotel has almost no lobby, the room facilities are old and broken, and the service attitude is not good. It is a very bad experience.
