This was my second time at the Lowell, I will not go back there. Room super noisy and small, not clean. Staff not friendly, service overall good. Food terrible.

Love staying here. My favorite hotel in New York. Definitely a home away from home. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable.

Loved every single thing! But have to give special credit to the service in general, they took amazing care of us during the whole stay. Location is also something to remark, love the area! Nice neighborhood, one block away from Central Park and 5 minutes away from the crowd, which gives you peace being still where the happening is.

The staff was perfect although the suites are getting a little tired. the sheets weren't comfortable and the bathroom was inconvenient. I stayed in the guest room in Suite 11A

We just enjoyed an incredible six-night stay at The Lowell. Service exceeded our expectations. Each member of the staff was always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was beautiful, and twice-daily housekeeping kept it immaculate. We enjoyed cocktails in the intimate environment of Jacques Bar, and a wonderful dinner in Majorelle - delicious food and perfect service. The magnificent flower arrangements throughout the hotel just add to what is the best hotel experience in New York. We love The Lowell - can't wait to return for our next visit.

Simply exceptional stay, every staff member was super helpful. All restaurants and dining options were delicious. The garden suite is definitely the best hotel room in the entire city.

For an out-of-town couple, this hotel is an absolute pleasure for us. Great location off of Madison and still super close to everything. Pure class from start to finish and yet with a very comfortable boutique feeling. The rooms and staff are beyond compare and after a busy day in the city, it is such a welcome return. Special mention to Patricia Taharally, the Director of guest relations. Upon check-in, there was a small hiccup which she went above and beyond to resolve quickly. Polina and Harris at the front desk were always professional and welcoming and we love the intimate little bar. Alex and Margarita did a fantastic job there, and we even took advantage of the sidewalk tables as well. The breakfast crew in the Pembroke Room were fantastic, which added a great start to the day. And don’t overlook the Club Room, a great little intimate place to have a coffee or a bottle of champagne and relax. We stayed for several days, then ventured out of the city for five days and then returned to the hotel for another two days, and looking to return in the fall!
