Going to the hotel from 8 Ave is better than from 9 Ave, unless you would like to pass by the police station. The room is clean, surprised that they provide yoga mat and foam roller, just I could hear noise from the door entrance, otherwise it is even better.

The surroundings are bustling yet relatively quiet, making life and travel convenient. The location is excellent, very close to both the train station and the subway entrance. However, don't stay for more than one day. The hotel's cleaning staff will enter your room, hang a 'no cleaning needed' sign on your door, and then not clean it. When you return to your room at night after a day out, the cleaning staff will already be off duty, and the on-duty service staff won't be able to provide any help.
