Everything was relatively smooth. The room was on the smaller size, but the price was also cheaper than rooms for nearby hotels. It is suitable for a business trip.

Great location. Rooms are small but very comfortable with rainfall shower. Breakfast included is great. I would definitely come again.

The best hotel!! Shoutout to the gentleman who checked us in and gave us the most amazing room with Empire State Building views. We went on this trip for my partners birthday and it was the cherry on top. The hotel was very clean, no carpet which was a plus. Amazing job by the housekeepers who evidently worked so hard!! Only thing is that I wish the breakfast was atleast until 11am. Nonetheless, Will definitely visit again!

The soap Dove, the staff, this is the only hotel that I have ever stayed at and I love it so much, I love it’s always clean and comfortable. I tell everyone about it.

Our stay went great, the security is good in the building. Staff was really nice. Although it was New Year’s Eve and our floor was very noisy all night. Walls were thin. Room was okay in size but was tight by the edge of the bed. Great view of Empire State Building. On-site parking for free. I would stay here again but maybe not on New Year’s Eve just because of traffic and noise levels

We paid an extraordinary amount for the room. That’s on us. The room itself though was beyond tiny: too cramped really for two people. We rented a queen size bed. We got a full mattess probably because the room dimensions can’t accommodate genuine queen size.

The property is actually quite small and because there are renovations being done to the entrance, the property is not actually labeled with its name. We found it by building number only.
Though I can’t complain about lack of cleanliness, per se, the common areas (the front desk, elevators, hallways, dining area) were so strongly scented with “clean linen” air freshener that it was triggering to my daughters migraines. She had to wait outside while I checked us in and we couldn’t take advantage of the continental breakfast because she couldn’t eat in the dining room. That much artificial fragrance always makes me wonder what an establishment is trying to hide. And it is really inconsiderate to a large number of fragrance sensitive guests.

It's clean and everything is within walking distance.
The only thing we didn't like is thw breakfast hrs. From 6 to 9Am. End too early for people on vacation.

It’s difficult to get picked up by an Uber or Lyft near the hotel. It’s not too far of a walk to Rockefeller or Empire State Building. It’s a little bit dirty around this hotel but the hotel makes your stay comfortable and safe.
