Location, all that matters.
Staff was great, helpful, and kind to help us all the way. Especially the person at the door with whom I had a very personal and meaningful conversation.
Fireplace in the lobby, next level spot for your socials.
Breakfast is not really my thing. European taste (even Australian one) is very different from local US ones. It's good to have, but around, there are always options.

A jewel in the city
Perfect customer service at a great price. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood and close to so many wonderful restaurants. Overall my favorite place to stay in New York

The staff is very kind but the bed was so uncomfortable and noisy that I got no rest and checked out with a back injury.
