Very old-money vibe. I loved the rooftop views and the gym on the top floor, where I could enjoy the city scenery while working out. The staff were very friendly. It's really close to the Soho area, and there are tons of shops to explore nearby, including some great vintage stores. Don't miss their breakfast and dinner—they are genuinely excellent and definitely worth the splurge! The old-money style of the lobby left a deep impression on me; it's a cool spot to grab a drink when you're tired.

Couldn’t fault this hotel, ideal location for exploring and the room itself was chic with classy interiors. Super friendly staff too who were accommodating with late checkout. Loved the hotel gym and views from the rooftop.

Unfortunately, our stay at this property has been extremely disappointing and far below the standard advertised on Trip.com. One of the most serious issues is the staff’s attitude toward dietary requirements. My wife has specific food-related needs, and instead of being treated with understanding and professionalism, we were met with rude, dismissive, and condescending behavior. This is very disrespectful. In addition: - The overall service level is poor (except for a couple of staff members) - The hotel does not match the expectations created by the listing - The location and general atmosphere are not satisfactory

Hotel with a great atmosphere in the lobby bar and restaurant. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The rooms are very clean and, although not excessively large, well-organized and with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend upgrading to a superior room if you're staying more than three days. Very well located, with good restaurants and cafes nearby, and you can easily walk to Soho from the hotel.
