Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Midtown West Reviews

A bit of hiccup when we wanted to check in. It seems hotel has no record from Trip.com. so wanted us to pay so as to be able to check in. Then asked me to slot in credit card into machine without explaining to me what it is for and how much will be deducted. Only after my repeated asking did the front desk manager reply that the full stay amount charges will be deducted. However I have already paid Trip.com, so I did not want to sign on the machine. However it seems like the amount is still deducted? I'm still waiting for that amount and USD75 of the deposit to be reversed (according to the bank). Close to Vessel, the other places are still walkable.

It's quite alright, we will stay again next time.

Great budget stay and was great

The room was small and there are bugs in the bathroom.

I didn't expect much from the New York Hotel, even though I already knew that the condition was bad for the price, but when I booked the Four Points for over 500,000 won per night, I couldn't have imagined that it would be in motel condition... More than anything, there was the merciless construction noise that sounded like they were drilling right next to me every morning, and the occasional mechanical sound of the boiler running... Even when I talked to the front desk, they responded rudely, so I just bought earplugs and endured it for a week. I don't think I'll ever go back.

Next to Javits, the organic supermarket is only 100 meters away. The hotel is clean and nice.

The room is clean, spacious and in a good location! Very comfortable! I will book this hotel again next time.

My husband and I went to spend Christmas in New York, with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Even though we made reservations on different apps, they not only placed us side by side, but also upgraded us to the 17th floor. Everything's good!!

The price of the hotel is good.
