A bit scary around after midnight but it's NYC, extremely confortable beds, kind staff.

I enjoyed this hotel so much!! The staff is very nice and helpful with the exception of one man who brought me fresh towels he was very rude from the start which definitely caught me off guard, but other then that the bed was soft the sheets and blankets were great the shower had great hot water and water pressure the towels were nice plus the ice machine had pellet ice which was great also to top it all off the breakfast was amazing!! Both days there were different things and they were always hot and refilled constantly the food staff was very attentive and fast loved their hospitality!!!

Nice hotel, clean and convenient to the metro.
Surroundings not beautiful.
Nice and clean rooms.
During our 6-day stay, the breakfast was always poor and something was always missing (or juice, or yoghurts, or milk, and so on), even for several consecutive days.
The towels were threadbare one day and dirty one day.
Some of the receptionists, of all those who came and went, seemed to be there by accident: they weren't very receptive and helpful.
Mixed evaluation: some things positive and satisfying, others definitely room for improvement.

Very neat and clean hotel in Brooklyn.
Service very friendly and helpful.
The area is quite specific - late in the evening some people may feel uncomfortable walking around the hotel, but during the day it is very safe.
I booked the hotel with full conviction that it is located right next to the subway - the windows are not very tight, so I do not recommend this location to people who are sensitive to noise - the subway runs every 10 minutes and passes about 10m from the windows.
There is an iron in the room, but there was no hair dryer (regardless of the number of stars) - the staff had a problem to organize them.
Breakfast simple and repetitive, but completely sufficient to start the day well.
