I really love how Laura is a very god employ and she always made sure we got everything that was needed. So God bless you Laura and continue the excellent work you do.

Nothing special, but it's a safe place to sleep at a good location. For a place to sleep at the end of the day that's more than enough for me. At the time the road nearby unfortunately had a transformer break due to a recent snow storm. Despite many power failures and system malfunctions, the hotel staff was very accommodating to make sure that we were comfortable and were open to cancellations without any issues. Bonus points to them for responding to the interruption well.

Great experience! It’s not the Hilton but it’s a great value stay. Service is fantastic.

The room was nice as well as the staff. Housekeeping was also nice. The only problems I had were with the bathrooms we had. My friend and I smelled something I believe was coming from the toilet and I believe it was sewage. The bathtub faucet also had something going on cause the water  looked murky and had rust or something coming after a few minutes so I drained it and settled with the shower instead. Finally, the water on the fifth floor was a little cloudy. There’s also no Cartoon Network on the tv until further notice. Other than that the hotel is pretty good my friend and I liked it. Would go again if it’s a different room and all.

Everything is good. The Bangladesh Sir at the desk is accommodating. Best hotel for families. Clean and easy access to the train station. Free coffee and tea. Will come back again.

The place is nice, affordable and accessible. The experience was good. The crews are accommodating.
