It was day 7.And i always gave good reviews but this is happening second time with the receptionist FATIMA...... First time she was unable to find must reservation, i insisted alot to check by my confirmation number, i showed her but.... Waited alot... Then she checked and found. Second day she was ok and today again..... My all time passed in this mess. She said maybe be u don't have enough funds etc. U need to pay us. But i already paid and booked, have successful reservation, confirmation email booking member everything. But who will understand. She said in morning i will check. Amd now after 12 She came to my room and asked me to pay. As She didn't received payment. Ans askd me to pay Or check out. I talked to the trip.com and they tried to call the hotel again and again but they didn't picked. I really wonder why they they hire these people with Such attitude, completely unprofessional, who don't know about the system well, have no ethics, rude, face full of wrinkles, unkind, unwelcoming face. Always create mess with Digital system, they don't know how to work with This system. They gave me extra stress, wasted my time, i wad working and now i am spending couple of hours in this mess. Calling here and there and waiting. Call is on wait for more than 22 minutes. Why i should pay again while i have paid already. Atleast she should have a look at the confirmation email Which i was trying to show. It was a pathetic experience. Please don't come to this hotel during the day time. Otherwise u will face the same drama and mess. That's my experience for the second time........... I want to suggest the hotel owner /manager to educate their Staff to be polite with The guests and be updated with The system. I was staying here from the last one week... And still am facing this shot. Getting deadline that pay Or leave at 12:35. May be u don't have enough funds. I am attaching my confirmation. Payment was done at 9:16 am in morning and now it's 12:38 pm. Email of confirmation was received in morning. At 12:52 pm matter was solved. Manager was apologizing. But even she her body language in front of manager was not good. She throw my passport and key. Her facial expressions And body language was saying everything. Even the person from trip.com agreed with Me that the front desk is not familiar with The bookings And Online system. And not responding on phone properly. I highly recommend u guys not to check in or check put during the day time otherwise u will spend ur half day in this mess. Front desk will spoil ur mood and will destroy ur half day. I even want to give 0 star for the services But there is no zero option
