Awesome experience! Hotel room was incredibly comfortable, clean, everything you need. Easy walking distance to grand central, pubs, restaurants and staff was super nice

I was worried after reading the reviews and then receiving an email to tell me there was still building work going on- but my room was full completed and spacious and clean. The bathroom was big with a walk in shower. The bedroom itself was large with a desk and armchair. There are no rooms with views due to the buildings around but the windows are fully insulated from sound so you couldn’t hear the traffic at all. The reception was still a little under-finished but aside from that. It was a great stay!

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Christian was very accomodating and professional, he was a great help especially when we need something in our room. The hotel was beautiful, with cozy and spacious rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book there again.

Wonderful clean, quiet, superb staff, one block to Grand Central. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, small fridge, tea kettle and coffee maker in room. I stayed 5 nights solo and felt safe here. The lobby is nice and there is always someone at the front desk with a kind greeting. I loved this hotel and would happily stay here again.
