This was a nice place to stay. Location is great if you like nightlife. The rooms were pretty clean and were comfortable. The price was insane but that's more a function of NyC. Overall I would recommend.

VERY Confusing Address and NO Signage other than a SMALL sign on Door of otherside of the Street. Very frustrating to Find Especially at Night in the Rain..... ALSO Couldn't get TV to Work!!!

It was confusing at first as I had not received the check in email and there is no front desk but very responsive when I called. The room and bed were very comfortable. Street noise but ear pluges provided was a nice touch. Great stay all in all.
