Had an amazing experience despite the snow storm in NYC. Arif, the staff was really helpful and kind. Our stay here was memorable because of him and his team.

Convenient location and room is acceptable size and clean. Staff at the lobby isn’t the most friendly and would ask for tips if you haven’t offered.

The hotel is ok, but the bathtub has several hairs from previous guest I guess. Location is perfect for me as I love Koreantown.

One of the dirtiest ‘4*’ pretender hotels in the Hilton Chain. Couple this with an arrogant manager and daytime front office team, you have the setting for a worst stay. We got a room that had a broken bathroom door( which was not fixed), dirt on the bedsheets and a safe that was locked. We had two rooms on separate floors despite having a single booking.
