Got literally scammed. I paid $133 for a room then was denied entry saying that they’re fully booked. I didn’t get a refund or a change of date. Be aware of this place

Great location. Close to lots of good food and sights. Clean but small room. Only downside was that elevator broke twice so we had to climb up 8 flights of stairs.

We loved this hotel! Rooms are small but it’s NYC, you don’t need much. A lot of great places to eat, from fine dining to holes in the wall, diners and cafes. Easy walk to Chinatown and World Trade.
The hotel was clean, staff helpful. Elevator wasn’t working but stairs were easy and fast. Plenty of towels, good view and an easy stay to enjoy Soho. Would definitely stay again!

An absolutely no frills hotel with friendly staff, in a fairly gritty part of SoHo. Clean, but run down enough that things don’t look exactly sparkling. Good location for transit, and you are after all in soho, with its great shops, cafes, and food.

Great location and bare bones, extremely small room. Very nice staff! But bathroom had long hair from previous occupant all over the tub/shower.
Free Starbucks in the morning is the only amenity. For $500, I expected a little more.

Staff were friendly and location was convenient. I paid surge pricing during the holidays for a work trip and this wasn't a good value for that. Perhaps regular prices are. Heating system was loud and dry and the cleanliness was just so so compared to other places I've stayed. Again, good staff and likely a great budget option in NYC.
