Nice hotel! Location is very good

The accessible room was "Garden Apartment Style" -- i.e. in the basement --but this was a small, clean, quiet well-kept hotel in a perfect location for my needs. Nothing fancy but highly recommended for anyone who wants to be located in the West Village, SoHo, Lower East Side.

This is a great option it you’re on a budget. It’s not a 5 star hotel, and there are some things that are a little annoying (hot water can be iffy, internet is not great) but for this price, it’s an amazing bargain. It’s clean and its stylish. I’d stay there again. And I used to live in the neighborhood, so it was fun to be there again!

From the Lower East Side. Know the shops well. It's winter. Heat was fine. NO HOT WATER! Told by staff to let the bathroom sink and tub to run hot water valves for 15 minutes before any hot water would flow! Only then would the hot/warm water briefly come out. Real bummer.

The best bang for your buck in this area, given the stark price differences in the East Village. The only issue we had was that the shower wasn't giving hot water, which was fixed right away when the mechanic showed up at 9am. So make sure to do your room check first thing when you arrive, rather than find out at 8 am like us. Either way, we felt safe and were able to navigate the city easily from this area.

The hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. There is a great area where you can sit, have hot chocolate, coffee, and heat up any food you have. I was surprised the rates were so reasonable when I found it on *******, and the service was exactly what you look for in a hotel. I will be recommending this hotel for anyone who wants a great stay in a place where you feel safe comfortable and not breaking the bank and right next to so many attractions , I will definitely be coming here again.

Great spot… Friendly staff… A stones throw away from just about anything you wanna do in the big apple

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. And if you just want a clean, safe place to crash, it is a good choice. I would bring my own soap and shampoo though. Close to subways and across from a Whole Food Market.

We stayed one night due to a canceled flight. There was no hot water for showering while the temperature outside was -7°C. The bathroom was not well cleaned and there were hairs on the towels. Very expensive for what it offers
