We stayed for the Christmas holiday, and it was one of the best experiences I have had in an NYC hotel. They are pet friendly. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding. The room service was surprisingly fast, and the food was from Harry Cipriani, so it was delicious. It was not an inexpensive stay, but what hotel on Fifth Avenue would be?? After staying at the Sherry-Netherland, I don't think any other NYC hotel will do!

No better location in New York, no better or more friendly and professional staff anywhere, no better value for a luxury property in midtown. This has become our favorite place to stay in the city.

We recently stayed three nights at the hotel and it was magical. The location is top-notch and so convenient. The staff was extraordinary and made me and my family feel so welcome. The room was incredibly clean. Such a treat - we will be back.

Came to celebrate an anniversary. Room was sparkling clean and comfortable. Staff was respectful, professional, and friendly! Shoutout front desk concierge Tammy C for excellent service. I’d highly recommend Sherry Netherland to any friend.

Very pleasant and pleasing with my stay. The stockholders understood my needs as well as maintaining professional relationship with the guest. I would highly recommend and return to the Sherry Netherland in New York for the experience again.

Excellent location within walking distance to museums, dining, Broadway, shopping and Central Park. We did use taxi service for convenience and speed. The hotel staff treated us excellent. Room service was timely and good. The room was very clean. Being very picky here, the chairs in the living area needed to be updated. The seat cushions had to be flipped often as the interior padding was crushed.The hotel is old yet maintained with most of the rooms used for residents.

Classy Manhattan establishment. Room and service were exceptional. Could not be in a better location. Received first class treatment from the staff. A lot of character. Would go back in a heartbeat. Kudos to Jacquline Acosta for taking great care of us.
