Sixty Les

I’m very disappointed with my stay at Sixty LES. The room is dark, room decor not keeping up well and most importantly is not clean!!!! I can’t believe there are cockroaches in my room even though they are small. First night I found a small one on the basin, I didn’t make a complaint. 2nd night, I found another cockroaches crawling on the basin counter again and on the wall. It’s disgusting!! For the amount of money I paid for this room. Totally rubbish. When I talked to the front desk staff, he didn’t seems to be surprised, didn’t provide any comforting words. I asked to change to another room, but since the hotel Is full, there is nothing they can do. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel.

4 nights stay at Sixty LES, in an ADA King room. The hotel is clean, easily accessible within walking distance from public transportation. The location is good, closed to many restaurants and famous institutions like Katz. The room is big, clean with bed comfortable and good shower place. Amenities includes an in room safe, ironing board and iron, coffee maker and mini fridge. The front desk, and the staff in general are quite helpful and very professional and polite. The only drawback is that the room can be a bit dark at night and also the noise from the bar on 7th floor can be particularly loud until late in the morning (3am)

Overall, it was a good stay with a few takeaways to consider. The property seems to be a little dated with wear and tear in the room and common areas. We didn't receive the complimentary sparkling wine even after we called. No big deal, but noted. There was also a late night knock on our door one night so we called the front desk and they explained that the staff member had the wrong door number. Other than that great location for getting around Lower East Side. Check in and check out were easy and the staff were polite.

Really nice sized room, Staff were really great. Nice location, easy to get cabs/ubers and easy subway access. Great food around. Comfy bed, good AC. finishings were a little worn but that's the only con. I would stay here again for sure! Good value

The toilet ran the entire time and the staff never fixed it. We didn’t get our free bottle of bubbles and the cleaners knocked and yelled twice on our last morning starting at 9am trying to get in to clean (checkout is at noon). Nice room, comfy bed, just not great staff awareness or hospitality focus.

I was not made aware that there would be construction occurring directly in the room below me. I was on the 8th floor. At 10 am Jack hammering began. It lasted throughout the afternoon. No apologies. No notice

Staff and service was excellent as usual. We will be back next time we're looking to stay in the lower east side.

Staff was a little all over the place but I had the Terrence suit and I enjoyed it , I would stay again

perfect! However, it was quite noisy outside until late at night, probably because there were parties at nightclubs and other venues over the weekend.
