This is by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve been in. There is blood stains in bathroom doors stains on the walls, room smells, everything is covered in dust, carpet is filthy sheets were slept on, Bathroom floors are slippery, Bathroom door is moldy …….

This hotel is no longer a Comfort Inn; the services have declined: - No breakfast offered - No shuttle to the Staten Island Ferry - No refrigerators in the rooms. Unfriendly reception; paid $150 a night, don't pay more. Hotel located 25 minutes by car from the Staten Island Ferry. Very small room, minimally acceptable cleanliness.
