Avoid at all cost, bed sheets were torn, windows curtains had holes on them. Shower curtains were mouldy, no room service. Room access key was randomly disabled and had to re-enabled at night. Dead insects in the drawers.

It was fairly good but didn’t meet my expectations

I booked that hotel for the 22nd of April. I had a long flight from China. I arrived at the Hotel 2 am, wanted to checkout 5 hrs later for an other flight. I was denied access because check in time was set for before 3 pm. The person at the service desk told me that there’s nothing they can do that I have to rebook and pay cash money. They were not polite at all. Run by Bangladeshi people, very rude. The place smelled like ****, No sens of Customer Service. As I couldn’t change or cancel my booking. I had NO other choice but to pay an other UBER back to the Airport, slept there, wait for my flight. I would rather pay money Not to stay at that slum so call Hotel. I’m deleting my trip. Com as they couldn’t do otherwise. I’m a world traveler. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to even a Monkey. By the way once you made a mistake on trip. Com wile booking, you’re toast.

The route from the airport to the hotel is a bit twisty, which is not convenient for me who arrives at night and only stays for one night. Finally, I chose Uber from Jamaica station. The hotel's hygiene is not ideal, but I only stayed for one night and the price was not very expensive, so it was acceptable.

The environment is OK, the service is OK, but the facilities are relatively old

I guess the boss is Indian. The hotel has a strong perfume smell (unbearable). The bed sheet has two finger-sized holes.

It took a while to get there by bus from the airport. There's nothing around.

It's called an airport hotel, but a taxi from the airport costs 40 dollars. The hotel service is not good, the environment is bad, and there is not even a hair dryer. The corridor is full of ** smell. The quilt is dirty. Avoid it! !
