Worse feeling to stay this hotel even the location is mot bad

I was satisfied with their kindness and cleanliness. I want to visit again

Only cons is that room is super small. Came from another state in US therefore me and friend had 4 huge luggages. We could only open up one and even that, we had to utilize our bed as there’s no extra space to put it, the walking space alone is very little. Location is good though, easy to go around - loved the fact that the subway is less than 5 mins walk. Service and cleanliness can be improved.

The location was great. Only thing I did not like was it’s hard to get to the hotel entrance due to ongoing construction.

Good location and a clean hotel which is hard to find in the city.

The hotel is located in Manhattan. I went out to buy something and accidentally walked to the New York Stock Exchange. The subway lines 4, 5 and 1 are very close, and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel lobby has unlimited refills of tea and coffee in the morning, which is very good.

On the first night in New York, we specially chose a hotel near the financial center. There were road constructions nearby, so parking was a big problem. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and gave us a room on a high floor with a good night view. The room was also clean and tidy. After checking in, we tried hard to find a parking garage nearby. After driving around for several times, we safely handed the car over to an underground garage and decided not to drive in the city - this was the first thing we were not satisfied with when we arrived in New York~

The location is good, in downtown, relatively safe; It is very close to the subway station, about one or two minutes away, and also close to attractions such as Battery Park and Wall Street Bull; The front desk was very enthusiastic and kept greeting; As for the facilities, it is really a bit old.

Facilities: All that is needed; the hotel has its own restaurant, which is very convenient; Sanitation: Not bad, but the front desk staff said that room cleaning service is only provided once every two days; Environment: Very convenient transportation, 3 minutes walk to the subway station; Service: Free coffee and hot tea are provided in the lobby every morning

The hotel is located in Manhattan, where land is at a premium. It has an excellent location and is not far from surrounding attractions. The service is warm and thoughtful. The room facilities are new. Although they are not big, they can basically meet the needs. Breakfast needs to be ordered a la carte. The disadvantage is that coffee is not provided and the menu is the same every day, which is a bit monotonous.

The hotel is very close to Wall Street, and you can walk to the Wall Street Copper Bull and the World Trade Center Plaza Memorial. The port where you can go out to sea to see the Statue of Liberty is just across the hotel. It is very close to the subway station. There are also complete supermarkets around, making shopping convenient.

Because of technical problems, I didn't have a door card, so I had to ask the staff to open the door. I booked a water view room, but unfortunately I couldn't see the Statue of Liberty.

Since the check-in was the last day of 2023, the price was sky-high. I can only say that except for the attitude of the front desk service, everything else was not good. Don't expect too much when staying in a hotel in the United States, but the expectations for the facilities of this hotel were even lower than expected. There was nothing you wanted. The hot water for the shower was hot and cold. Halfway through the shower, I found that the shower gel bottle was a decoration. I called the front desk to send it, which caused my child to have cold symptoms the next day. Choose carefully.

The room is not big but clean. It is very close to the subway station and convenient transportation. It is close to the Stock Exchange, the Copper Bull, and the cruise ship terminal to the Statue of Liberty Island.
