Location is great, the rooms are tight, toilets clean. Its a deal for this price point just temper your overall expectations to what has been presented. Basically it works!

No housekeeping all days. The people cleaning the bathrooms and the other places with the same tools which is ridiculous. Checking out should be around 12 as other places. but in this hotel, 10:30 am and they ask you to leave 10:00 am and they will charge you late fee if you are late by only 5 minutes

I've stayed in many cheap hotels, but sadly this one has been my least favorite. The main issue I've had is the unspoken deposit fee that was not stated in terms of how much it was and I was charged 175 dollars in addition to the hotel room fees. The shared bathroom was nasty and was not taken good care of, I will not return to this hotel again.

I brought my family of 5 here for 5 days and 4 nights. We stayed on the first floor. I was told that different companies own different floors. The heating radiator in the room was leaking water, I told the front desk employee and nothing happened. There were 5 towels and no wash clothes in our room. I called the lady attached to this floor and was told that there are no wash clothes. After the first day or 2 I called to get more towels as ours were now dirty from my family bathing in the community shower. I was told that I could not have any more towels. Later, we ran out of toilet paper. I called again and was told by the same lady, that they do not give out more toilet paper. I'm 42 and have traveled the world more than once. This is the worst service I have ever received in the entire world. I was trying to save money by booking this place, that was a mistake. We had a blast in the city and did not let this poor excuse of a hotel bring us down. We went and purchased our own toilet paper, towels, and wash clothes that we packed up and took home.

I did not stay at this hotel even for one night. We had booked for four nights, and the manager took my money without providing a proper room. I was never informed that the bathroom would be shared. The front desk staff told me they could give me a room with a private bathroom, but the room they showed me was like a prison. The bed was made of iron, there was no bathroom, and the room was extremely small (about 5 ft by 10 ft). It was the worst room I have ever seen in my life. When I refused the room and asked for a refund, the manager refused to return my money and caused me to lose even more money after that. This experience was unfair, dishonest, and very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed for six nights, didn’t clean the room once, provided us four towels for the whole week no washcloths, and when we called to request things, we were treated very rudely on the phone. Also, the wrong address was on the website we were dropped off and had to walk two blocks to the board address. And even though it’s a bathroom, it was a half bath and we had to go to a communal shower on another floor. We’re definitely not recommend anyone staying here.

100% staff support lacking My reservation was canceled due to flight delays—circumstances completely beyond my control. When I finally arrived, I was initially given keys to a room, only to have them taken back and be told I needed to pay again for the same room. The entire situation felt deceptive, unprofessional, and deeply unsettling. It was handled in a shady manner that left me feeling scammed and violated as a consumer.

The room did not provide any dish towels or dish rack, the stove looked unsafe for use. The walls were full of stains and were sticky. There was a toenail stuck in one of the blankets. It was impossible to sleep because the hot water heating was clanking very loudly throughout the night. The staff told me that they would make an exception for me to have my cash security deposit returned, they did not return it on my departure. They said they would mail it to me and asked me to write my address on a post it note. He then said I could call the police if I didn’t receive it. There was no where to put our belongings in the room, not even a shelf. They charged a property fee that was the same price as my entire rental and when I asked them to explain these charges they said it was for towels and cleaning, however we were told we could not have more clean towels and there was no cleaning service at all. The managers were rude and refused to reimburse me or compensate me in any way. The front desk staff pretended to be nice to my face then told another client I was unbelievable. One day there was no heat and no hot water at all. The table was so small we had to eat on our beds. There were no chairs only stools, and you could only see the tv from one of the top bunks. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I feel I was scammed.

We got told we had wifi and towels included, but received neither. The reception staff were quite rude and unhelpful.
