Hotel near Hung Hom and Kowloon City,Hong Kong
Located in the heart of Kowloon, Bluejay Residences Kai Tak is a vibrant new hub for leisure and lifestyle in Hong Kong. Just a 3-minute walk from Sung Wong Toi MTR Station, the residence is surrounded by iconic landmarks, local restaurants, and shopping destinations such as AIRSIDE and the Kai Tak Sports Park. We offer both long-term and short-term stays featuring modern interiors and cozy décor, providing our guests with exceptional comfort, great value, and a true sense of home.

"Unexpectedly good! I booked this hotel for Stefanie Sun's concert. It's not far from Kai Tak, about a fifteen-minute walk (I recommend walking from Kai Tak through Sung Wong Toi MTR station and exiting at B2). There are no toothbrushes in the room, and you'll need to bring a universal adapter (or you can borrow one from the front desk). Other than that, everything else is great, despite the room being small. The elevator requires a key card, which feels very secure. Occasionally, you can hear cars passing by outside the window, but it's acceptable. The deposit I paid with VISA was refunded instantly upon check-out. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're attending a concert!"

"Although the hotel is located in the city center, getting around is quite difficult due to all the uphill and downhill paths. To make matters worse, a fire alarm suddenly went off before 8 AM! I had to evacuate with my child from the 19th floor down to the 16th, only to find out from a cleaning lady that it was a false alarm caused by an employee's accidental trigger. No other staff member came to communicate, explain, or apologize promptly. Many guests on my floor came out to see what was happening, and everyone was completely clueless and very upset. It was a terrible experience."

"Stayed here for 7 days and overall, it's excellent value for money in pricey Hong Kong, especially if you want more space than typical hostels offer at similar rates. The room was surprisingly big for the price, with a fridge, air conditioning, private bathroom, and all the basics. They provide reusable towels, slippers, and even a toothbrush daily, which is thoughtful and convenient. The complex itself is modern and nice, with big common areas and great views from the harbor (though our room didn't have the advertised views – it faced inward, so no city or harbor outlook). The shuttle to Kai Tak MTR station is a huge win – runs every 30 minutes, drops you right next to the station, super convenient for getting around. There are dispenser machines for snacks/drinks and paid laundry facilities, which worked well. A couple of downsides: When we arrived, the bathroom floor had a strong urine-like smell (probably from the drain or previous guests), so we had to clean it ourselves quickly before showering. The toilet itself was very clean, though. Also, oddly, they didn't change the bed linens at all during our entire 7-day stay, not sure if that's policy or an oversight, but it was disappointing. There are cheaper no-amenities options in the same campus, and if you don't need the fridge or daily reusables, those might be more worth it (you can always buy disposable towels/slippers from machines here and save extra cash). Apart from those hiccups, the room was great, clean otherwise, and the location is peaceful yet accessible. Solid budget choice, I'd stay again for the space and shuttle convenience."

Hotel near Tsim Sha Tsui,Hong Kong
"This is a really great guesthouse – very new and clean, with everything you need. The double-layer password lock also made me feel very secure. They even provide drinking water in the common areas. My room had a large window which let in a lot of natural light, and at night, I could close the window, turn on the AC, and there was absolutely no outside noise, which was fantastic. The building itself is also relatively safe and clean, and the location is superb. Downstairs, there are all sorts of shops, and just across a small road is the subway station. It was a really excellent stay."

Hotel near Tsim Sha Tsui,Hong Kong
Opened in 2025, the Everest Base Camp Hostel (Main reception Block B 10F B1/B2) offers travelers a pleasant stay in Hong Kong, whether for business or leisure purposes. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Hung Hom Station located approximately 1km away and Hong Kong International Airport roughly 32km away. Just a short walk from East Tsim Sha Tsui Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. Keeping busy is easy, with Temple Street, Hung Hom and Hong Kong Space Museum all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.

"The location of this property is unbeatable. It is just next to the avenue of stars. The building itself (big apartman building) from inside is not very inviting to say the least but it seemed safe after we had to get to our room and out a few times. The corridors are very rundown and dirty. I think the cleaning could be improved in the rooms. It was an okay apartment for this price but they should be more careful with the cleaning. It is a nice touch that they offer free cold and hot water.  The staff was always super kind and helped us with everything."

Hotel near Mong Kok,Hong Kong
"Good location in Mongkok, right off the Gold Fish Market and very near the Ladies Market, MRT stations and bus stops. Hotel quite new, modern design, and functional. Hotel common areas smell good and clean. One concern was that the type of room we booked on Trip.com was not the actual room provided to us during check in. So we expected a larger room as advertised. Would let that pass though."

"We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. This place is in a resort area with beautiful scenery. We came on a weekday, so it was off-peak and not crowded, perfect for a vacation! Our group was 6 adults and 2 children. Before coming, we were hesitant about booking a B&B, but after arriving, we were so glad we chose this one! Although it's far from the city, there are plenty of bus services and excellent transport links. We visited many places without taking a single taxi. Given Hong Kong's prices, staying in such a wonderful resort house was truly perfect! Everyone in my family was very happy. The facilities inside are new, clean, and tidy. There's a kitchen and a dining table. We bought ingredients in Tsing Yi, and the B&B provided cutlery, cups, and pots and pans. Although the room wasn't huge, there were plenty of cabinets, and it was spacious enough for us, which was acceptable. The owner even thoughtfully provided bottled water. We could easily prepare a simple meal, and it was truly wonderful to sit around the dining table and chat while traveling. What a fantastic accommodation experience, excellent value for money! The lady in the shop downstairs was also great; she even gave candy to the kids 🍬. The children had a lot of fun here too. We spent our days exploring the city and our evenings happily dining and looking after the kids at the resort house. The washing machine has a built-in dryer, which solved all our laundry problems during the trip. The air conditioning and refrigerator were also very powerful! A perfectly wonderful experience! We made sure to clean up before we left, a fitting end to this perfect trip ✈️"

Runway 1331 is a recently opened, large youth hostel and youth incubator facility sited on 6 acres in Kowloon, occupying the former Kai Tak Airport runway, and surrounded by the Victoria Harbour. It is a transformation of the Kai Tak Community Isolation Facility, which was constructed under the Central Government’s support in 2022. Runway 1331 offers its residents a unique cultural and creative ecosystem for local, Mainland China and international young people to engage in cultural exchange, entrepreneurship and talent development. Spacious guest rooms are furnished and include en-suite bathrooms. There are also cooking and washing facilities, exercise and sports facilities, shared workspaces, performance venues and outdoor activity areas catering to youth interests. Shuttle bus service between the hostel and nearest MTR station will also be provided.

"It is all about price performance. I have stayed here not 3 times for a few days in different rooms. For a very low price you get a relatively clean, quiet and spacious (16m2) room near the center of HK.  You cannot get cheaper than this with the same quality. The major tradeoffs: less connected to public transport than usual, no shops or eateries nearby, and wife can be spotty at the edge of the hotel. The special 1331 bus for this location stops running basically after 21:00. Other busses do stop in the surroundings (a few hundred meters away) but not in front of the door. The cruise terminal next door has busses stopping, but missess clear indications to find the Runway 1331 and is not well integrated into it, fences all around with only a few openings, some of which are closed late in the evening, necessitating a long walk around the large facility to the entry point at the beginning. A special mention for the shower that does not always get hot. It is the model with the heater unit in the shower, which is a very small space in the toilet. In the small space your body easily hits the shower water handle. There will be water on the toilet floor, particulalry is there is not shower curtain which can happen. Shampoo/shower gel and paper/cotton towels have to be bought at the reception. The receptionist told me that the lack of shampoo/shower gel was because Hong Kong legally forbids disposeable plastics. This is true but earlier they did have large reflillable shampoo/shower gel bottles. In other words, they want to save money. Sadly their shampoo/shower gel was sold out when I was there. Personnel is nice, but there is plenty room for management initiated improvement. See the photo’s: the schedule as of April 2026 for the bus from Kaitak (MTR) to Runway 1331, the reception at Runway 1331 as seen from the bus, and the price list for towels and so on in the reception of Runway 1331."

"Overall, a fantastic stay! The location is superb, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious – I especially loved the egg white omelets and the bubble waffles. It's clear they pay attention to every detail, even providing free bottled water in the fridge. The hotel environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. The 50th-floor pool offers an amazing view, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The gym is also great, even for Hyrox elite training. Rachel provided excellent and thoughtful service, always with a smile. The room cleanliness was reassuring too. I thoroughly enjoyed this stay and will definitely be back!"

In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service.

"We booked two rooms, A and B, for two nights. Room A was excellent and recently renovated, but Room B looked like it had seen better days. On the first night, murky water came out of the sink. It's best to unplug the water heater before using it. Two nights here was definitely enough; we wouldn't want to stay longer. But it's certainly a unique place."
