Why? The attention to detail is impeccable! The hotel is situated beside a small river in a residential area of ​​Ningbo. The entire building features a neo-modernist minimalist industrial style. The small garden on the first floor is incredibly chill, simply planted with pomegranates and various flowers. Simple yet tasteful. My positive impression started with the elevator from the parking lot (pictures will be in the comments later). Few hotels at this price point pay such attention to detail. Then there's the room. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a ”Hidden Flower View” room upon check-in, with a 180-degree river view overlooking the small garden. Every design detail in the room, combined with its price, moved me deeply [crying emoji]. First and foremost, the aesthetics and materials are impressive. The owner is clearly generous. The classic brown and dark green color scheme makes it feel like stepping into a high-end Parisian apartment. The owner seems to have a penchant for oriental elements and vintage details. The toiletries are from Le Labo33, which I love. The owner even incorporated a visual identity design into most of the room's amenities, including the water. Touching! And everything is made of natural materials (including paper, combs, etc.). Even more touching is the lighting design! There wasn't a single wire in the entire room. The lighting had bright, ambient, and night light modes. When I turned off the lights, it wasn't completely dark all at once, but rather it gradually darkened in layers, like the fading darkness at sunset. If this were a room in an international five-star hotel costing thousands of dollars, I might not have been so surprised. But this is a room I booked for the price of a meal (a few hundred dollars). These details truly touched me. In short, the hotel, from its architecture to its interior, is quite in line with the mainstream aesthetics of the current middle class, not just a superficial pile of trendy elements. Besides the details mentioned above… the hotel's furnishings are worth experiencing for yourself. For example, the mortise and tenon joints of the tables and chairs in the room; the Japanese-style bathtub in the bathroom; the pickled mustard greens and rice cake soup at breakfast (I personally think it's better than the seafood noodles); the cleanliness that even a Virgo couldn't find fault with… there are so many! ☺️ If I had to point out any room for improvement, the flowers in the entryway could be more elaborate."

The front desk was friendly and attentive, with a warm greeting upon arrival. During check-in, they even offered complimentary freshly ground coffee—a truly delightful touch. The room decor blends classic and modern styles, creating a clean and comfortable environment perfect for taking photos and checking in. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, which was very clean, allowing you to shower without interrupting the shower. The air conditioning was powerful, providing a refreshing coolness upon entering the room even on a scorching summer day. The breakfast was incredibly satisfying! It's truly on a different level from other Huazhu hotels, with a wide variety of options and incredibly delicious food. We both had a full meal before heading out for the day. They also offer the signature Ningbo noodles and a DIY tea area. The rooftop glass room offers a wonderful atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy breakfast while admiring the view. It was a truly relaxing experience. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Ningbo next time."
