Our room was spacious and bright, with smart home features throughout. Atour's bedding is exceptionally comfortable; we even use the same brand at home. Our room faced the street but was surprisingly quiet. We are truly very satisfied."

When she learned I needed a late checkout, she actively coordinated and quickly resolved the issue. Her constant friendly smile made me feel very welcome. This kind of sincere and attentive service truly reflects the hotel's professionalism and warmth. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and offered great value for money. "My girlfriends and I came to Shenyang for a trip and arrived at Shenyang Taoxian Airport late at night. I saw that the Northeast Asia Hotel had a great location, so I decided to book it. The airport transportation was smooth, and the staff very kindly helped me with a late check-out, which made me feel very warm. I was even more satisfied after I got to the room. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the mattress was from Yaxinsui, which was very comfortable to sleep on. What surprised me even more was that the hotel offered free parking and laundry services. The service was enthusiastic and thoughtful, very good and convenient."

"The hotel is newly opened. **Facilities:** Very convenient and user-friendly. **Cleanliness:** Perhaps because it's a new establishment, there were some signs of renovation in certain areas, but it wasn't dirty. Overall, it was good. **Service:** The staff were all very enthusiastic."

"This is a newly opened hotel located at the end of Fangjie Road, making it convenient to visit attractions like the Forbidden City and Marshal Zhang's Mansion. However, the surrounding area is currently under construction, making the immediate vicinity of the hotel quite dirty. The front desk and management staff are very welcoming and provide attentive service. The cleaning lady was also very friendly, but the cleaning itself was rather crude. A glaring issue was that the toilets were not scrubbed. They weren't cleaned before check-in, nor during my stay. Upon arrival, there were urine stains from the previous guest on the toilet seat. There were also grease stains on the table. The hotel's 'solution' was to provide alcohol wipes for guests to clean it themselves. Most hotel staff didn't greet guests, nor did they bother to open the door when guests were leaving. There was still a lingering smell of new renovation in the room, although the hotel did provide an air purifier. Also, is there an issue with Shenyang's municipal pipe network? Every morning, the hallway was filled with a sewer smell, and even though there were air purifiers and air fresheners in the corridor, it couldn't mask the odor. The reason I chose Atour was because the Atour Hotel on Tiandi Street in Harbin had raised my expectations for the service industry in Northeast China, and then Shenyang brought them right back down. Skipping some other minor complaints, the overall room environment was decent, as shown in the pictures. I didn't give a full 5-star rating, and the current rating is already lenient. If this were in the south, the unscrubbed toilet alone would warrant a negative review."
