"I had a wonderful one-day business trip to Zhongshan! The receptionist, Xiao Su, was incredibly helpful and proactively upgraded my room for free. There's a huge parking lot, so parking was very convenient! The room was newly renovated and equipped with a smart toilet! The bedding was great, especially the pillows, which came in two different firmnesses! Overall, the decor was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept soundly! It's definitely great value for money!"

It was really quiet at night, so I slept soundly. The front desk staff were gentle, attentive, and very friendly. Check-in was quick, and they responded promptly to all my needs. "The towels were not so clean, one day there's little hair falling out from the towel, very short, like dried shaved mustache which won't appear from my side as I'm female and traveled alone. Another day after the room is cleaned, the new door mat towel on the shower room bar was contaminated with at least three dark scratches, I tried to turn over to use another side and discovered both sides had black traces on it. The gym room only has two running machines. I saw staff trying to transport some other rack to the room, but they took them away eventually, it would be good if they can put more amenities there. Overall the room is very spacious and good, but the tv's wifi broken down twice on 2 days during my stay, and I couldn't use the project screen function to enjoy movie watching for a while. The washing machine and dryers are quite good. It's good for long time travelers, they even have steam ironing machine. Overall, the design of the rooms, entrance lobby, reception lobby, Landry room, breakfast lounge and gym room in the hotel are quite nice. There's robot to deliver take away to the room, and I tried using this service to see the robot, on my last day of staying, unluckily, a staff knocked on my door and said the other staff entered the wrong room number and the robot went to the wrong room, so he delivered the take away to me. It's disappointing because I was excited to see how this robotic technology works. Anyway, it's not a big deal."

"During the Easter holiday, my family and I visited Zhongshan and stayed at this hotel. It's very new and clean, with spacious rooms and excellent water pressure. However, the hot water was quite hot, so be mindful if you're traveling with children. My family really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, especially Tina and Lelia at the front desk, who were very friendly and helpful. Tina also speaks fluent Cantonese, which is a great bonus for Hong Kong travelers. The hotel's afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious, perfect for photos! The front desk is located on the 47th floor. Breakfast was also quite good and worth trying. The hotel is right next to MixC, which has karaoke and many restaurants, making it super convenient. Plus, the Hong Kong Eternal East bus goes directly to the Even Hotel, which is also part of the IHG group, making transportation incredibly easy. We used the indoor pool, which was very clean. Since the outdoor pool only opens in May, we weren't able to use it this time. We look forward to our next visit. Additionally, the hotel receives TVB channels, which my family loved! 🥰"
