Reception staff were polite and welcoming.
Pleasant atmosphere with plants and vintage luggage lift at the entrance.
Room color scheme (deep green + white) feels calm and comfortable.
Air-conditioning works well and keeps the room cold.
Towels and bed linens are of very good quality – soft and comfortable.
Electric kettle provided is a reputable brand (KHIND) with glass design.
Location is next to the famous Sarawakian restaurant “Lepau”, as well as a Western restaurant (Sharing) and a BBQ spot. Lots of food options nearby.
Negatives 👎
Room is extremely small (16 sqm feels very narrow).
Wash basin has no counter space – can only fit two glasses for toothbrush & toothpaste; no room for cleanser or other toiletries.
The electric kettle had no proper socket nearby – I had to boil water on the small bedside table.
For the price and location, the overall value feels a bit low.
If you don’t have a car, getting around might be inconvenient. (I rented a car, so it was fine for me.)
Overall:
I only stayed one night (8pm check-in, 7:30am check-out). It was fine just for sleeping, but if staying longer, the small space and practical inconveniences would be noticeable."

"The best place so far, good, comfortable to spend the night but if you want to cook, there is a lack of pots so cooking with a pan is difficult but okay, I promise you will be able to use it... the rooms are all nice and tidy and very comfortable"

"Grab driver can’t find this hotel.He drove me to stutong area and claimed that the hotel somewhere located in this area.Today is Gawai festival and nobody walk on the street.No choice,I stop one delivery seafood van where is this so call hotel SP by SECOM.The driver told me you have walk to Fatty food court and cross the road to reach supermarket CCK.The hotel next to CCK.No lift it is terrible walk up staircase to reach hotel lobby."
