New Hotels in Phu Quoc Island

"This hotel is very good and absolutely worth the price. It’s clean, and although the room is small, it’s very cozy. There are not many foreign tourists; I think it used to be visited mainly by local travelers. However, the service quality, location, and proximity to attractions are all excellent. Breakfast is included in the morning (the Pho noodle soup is amazing). It’s right next to the Teddy Bear Museum, and everything you need is nearby. We stayed here for two days to visit nearby attractions and relax at the beach. Everything was wonderful! Thank you."

"отличный номер с кухней. недалеко был рынок при заезде в сансет таун. покупали креветки 2кг и там же нам его очищали. готовили и наедались дома ) на улицах продают 6 шт неочищенных за 150. а тут кг очищенных. за эту де цену. в отеле все было необходимое. администратор Manh супер классный парень. все время по ватсапу был на связи. и тачку нам подогнал."

"1. The unit that I get is at level 10. It’s really clean. 2. The location is good. The unit is in 1 of the tallest building in sunset town. And it’s few hundred meters distance to Kiss bridge area and cable car. It’s not that far but in front of our buildings, there are more buildings in front. Thank god I reserve the room with kiss bridge view, we still can view the fireworks and the kiss of the sea show from the balcony. 3. The service is good. I just hope that the staff could reply faster. But itself still good. They try to satisfy our needs. 4. Lastly is amenities. The amenities all is complete. Just 1 more thing if I want to add is the drying rack for plates. Because after was the diahes, we have place the plate at the sink so it’s wet at the sink area. But, it’s okay. Overall, I would rate 4.5/5. The room looks still new. It’s clean, have 2 tv as well. I have a pleasant stay. Keep it up! 👍🏻"

"Wonderful hotel. We arrived late, after 9 PM, and were warmly greeted and quickly checked in. The room was clean, with pleasant bedding, soft towels, and new bathrobes. Breakfast is served near the hotel at the WOW QUÊ TÔI restaurant – you get to choose a dish and a drink. You can go up to the terrace on the 3rd floor and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and fireworks. The location is convenient, close to the cable car and not far from the night market. The hotel even gave us tickets for the cable car, many thanks!"

"The staff were polite and responsive. I enjoyed my stay here. Housekeeping was done daily. There's a lot of greenery on the property, but it's inconvenient to roll suitcases over the cobblestones. When it gets dark, there isn't enough light around the property, so you could accidentally step on someone. Everything you need is close to the hotel: scooter rental, money exchange, cafes, shops, and massage parlors. We rented a scooter near the hotel, but the hotel also offers them, though the bikes looked a bit old, and the price was the same as external rentals – 150k. The hotel also offered currency exchange, but the rate was slightly worse than at exchange points. There's a small shop right at the hotel, with slightly higher prices. The pool isn't very big. I swam alone, but if there were other people, it would be cramped. The bus stop is within walking distance, but you probably wouldn't want to do that every day (it's a bit far). It's also manageable to walk with suitcases. The breakfasts didn't impress me. The menu included noodle soup, scrambled eggs, and toast with jam. They're filling, but not very tasty. The bathroom lacks hooks and shelves, and the ones that are there are inconveniently placed. Mosquitoes can fly in from the bathroom, so we burned repellent coils there at night. When you open the bungalow door, it snags the curtains, which is a bit awkward. Overall, I repeat that I liked everything, and these are just minor points that could be improved or should be kept in mind."

"The hotel is very clean, the facilities are new and fully equipped. The room is neat, airy and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is also convenient, just a few minutes walk to the swimming pool and the beach. The most impressive thing is that the owner and staff are extremely cute, friendly and very quick to support when needed. I feel comfortable like at home."

"Not a bad hotel. It's clean. We stayed in a Suite on the 3rd floor with a sea view. You can't actually see the sea from the window due to other buildings, but the fireworks are perfectly visible. There's a panoramic rooftop (our neighbors watched the show from there), but we watched it from a restaurant on the shore. The room, by our standards, was small: the bedroom was about 20-22m² with a large bed, two nightstands, and a TV, plus a small entryway and a shower room. The location is incredibly convenient! All the activities are within a 2-7 minute walk. For two people staying a couple of nights, our room was an excellent option."

"Pros: A very stylish, Instagrammable place. Reality completely matches the photos. The manager is always available on WhatsApp. Food: Breakfasts are delicious (especially the duck with noodles!), but they are served in a different building. Be aware: only one dish is included in the price; drinks are paid separately. Things to be prepared for: The cleaning quality is “typically Vietnamese.” You might find stains on the walls or less-than-perfectly clean linen (there were hairs upon check-in). There were also issues with water pressure. Despite the downsides, the place is pleasant and worth the money."

"The front desk staff were great, and the room was clean and well-equipped, even with an iron. I booked a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be more of a decorative one you couldn't actually step out onto. Still, I could see the fireworks and the cable car station right across from the hotel. Breakfast required a buggy ride to another location, which led to a slight misunderstanding in communication."

"The shampoo and body wash in the bathroom could only be placed on the floor as there was no shelf. The exhaust fan in the toilet was very strong, which was good. From the balcony, you could see the Yangdong River. There was no one at the front desk for check-out at 5:30 AM. Check-in was only possible around 2:20 PM."
