We did four days in that place they never clean our room and the lady asks more money because we chose a different room and it is house not a motel we were 9 people using the same bathroom.

The host was very nice and the property was comfortable. My only gripe is that is was pretty warm when we got in, but after the AC was running for a couple of hours it got better.

They have kitchen But theres bugs flying No trash cans/toilet seat too loose Cant complain all amenities stated before booking didnt happened and only 1 bottle of water was given

While the community bath was an experience, ( It is a guest house after all) The rest was great. The rooms were as advertised, clean and comfortable. If you need an inexpensive place to stay for a few nights in Newark or a place to crash for your red-eye this is an excellent choice.
