I'm Brazilian and I don't speak English fluently, but I can understand if the person speaks slowly and patiently. Unfortunately, the receptionist who received me did not want to help. I had difficulties with the food, there were no meals at the hotel, I couldn't get directions on where to go to eat. I was accompanied by my 7-year-old daughter who cried because she had nothing to eat, and the problem was not being able to buy, but someone helping me where I should be buying. I had problems with the delivery of an application and, again, the receptionist did not propose to help me. I'm disappointed

Stay in a hotel every month. Strange things happened! Open the door and there is someone inside! Scary! I asked the front desk of the hotel that a person with the same name had already moved in.
